Lost places Leipzig
Once again I had an urban explorer tour. We went to a haunted old pressing machine factory. It was very spooky because it was located in a dense forest, where the filthy swines we call humanity waste they disgusting trash. Sometimes I am really ashamed sometimes for people, the fact that alot of them are such swines. Furthermore we heard footsteps but never saw someone. Nevertheless it was a very interesting tour. These tours always remembering me of the footprints human action left on earth.

Last night I was at ''Rumpelkammer Leipzig'' to watch the ''Tatort'' with a few friends.

Summertime
It`s abnormal hot in LE these days. So today I went to the ''Ökobad Lindenthal''. Its a kind of a public pool but it is without chlorine. They use a root based claening system and they planted some waterplants to keep the water clean. It is very comfy and chilled there. You have enough place to lay down, different heights of water (swimmers and nonswimmer) a lot of outdoor showers and pontons to jump in the pool.
I can highly recommend it.

Filled flatbread
Today I post a food post....again. It`s so amazing to have freetime to let the soul fly and enjoying time with friends while eating incredible tasty stuff. (ok, since I am back in LE, I am rolling around like crazy, because I
try to find a job and I am a Master student now, which means:
preparation)
So today I recommend the tasty, tasty filled flatbread.
Ingridients:
flatbread
rocket salad
sliced tomatos
one sliced onion
one chopped clove of garlic
olive oil
grated parmesan
sliced mozarella
sliced feta cheese
salt
pepper
How to make it:
Cut the bread in halfs. Place one of a sheet. Spill oil on them. Cover with washed rocket salad, tomatos, onion and garlic. While you grate and slice the cheese you can preheat the oven. I have an electric oven with top and bottom heat and I heat it on 220 °C.
Add the grated parmesan. The parmesan will assure you a fine taste and a stick the halfs together.
Add the sliced mozarella cheese. It`s just tasty.
Add the sliced feta cheese. Slice it as thin as possible, because its intensive taste has to be well dosed.
Now it should look like this.
Spice it with a littlebit salt and pepper. Cover it up with the second half of the oily bread and take it into the oven. As I said in the beginning, I usually preheat my electric oven by 220 °C. I bake the flat bread for 15 minutes. Make sure to check it up. It shouldn`t look too brown in the end.

Classical potato salad
Dear readers one of my favourite meals ever ist a fresh handmade potato salad. I like the suebe variant with oil,onions, vinegar and dill as well as the classic salad with a cream sauce. It`s important that it`s fresh and handmade, so I learned how to make one. And what can I say? It`s one of the most delicious dishes I am able to create. My bf and my roomates, even my parents, go crazy for it.
You need:
- two small or one big potato per person
- two pickeld mini cucumbers (cornichons) per person
- one big onion
- one sweet apple
- two small or one big egg
- a half or a full can of sour creme
- remoulade
- spices
Cook the potatoes, I like to make jacket potatoes (Pellkartoffeln)
Skin them, slice them, put them in a huge bowl
Slice the cucumbers, chop the apples and add both to the potatoes
Cook the egg, skin it and add chopped egg
The cream Sauce:
Skin and chop the onion as fine as possible
Mix the sour creme with one to three spoons of the pickle sauce from the pickeld cucumber and add the onion
One to three spoons of remoulade will make the sauce creamy
Taste with spices like pepper, salt and sweet paprika
Mix the sauce with the salad
Enjoy!
